If no serial port is available in your computer, it is easy to create one in
using a Serial-To-USB adapter such as the TrendNet TU-S9.
Connect your Morse
key on the DB-9 connector of this adapter as described above and then plug the
adapter in any USB port of your computer.
A COM port will be created in the
computer. In CW_PLAYER, choose this COM port to key.

If your computer has no serial port or no game port, maybe you can use USB to serial or USB to gameport adaptors.
