Linux/Ubuntu/Androïd users may use KEPSTOTLE through WINE 1.0 or CROSSOVER.

KEPSTOTLE creates Two-Element-Lines file (TLE) from keplerian elements.
This program is mainly to be used when the TLE file of a dedicated satellite is not available.
As SAT_EXPLORER uses only TLE files, you can then convert the keplerian elements of this satellite and then use the relevant TLE file in SAT_EXPLORER.
